Bad breath is caused by improper dental and oral care habits, coupled with not treating it regularly. You need to use mouthwash as one of your daily routine activities in maintaining oral health. Regularly using mouthwash in the morning after breakfast and at night before going to bed can prevent plaque that is caused by food debris and odors arising from sharp-scented foods between your teeth.
